What is it like working with John Fares? His colleagues say he is a tough but fair person who leads the way in commitment to his profession. If you need help he is always there to help.

John Fares has one motto. You can make a mistake but only once. Everyone must learn from their mistakes and if it is repeated it means there is a lack of commitment to improving oneself.

What about the ridiculous hours he works? John Fares loves his profession and he does not consider accounting and financial consulting work at all. This is the essence of enjoyment – relishing what you do on a daily basis.

John Fares has a habit of waking up at 5am in the morning and working until late at night. Yes, he is a workaholic!

Swimming with John Fares

From the time he was a young toddler, John Fares loved the water. Ever since he has been swimming in the beaches around Australia. From Surfers Paradise to Portsea, he has swum almost every fun swim held along the east coast of Australia.

What does John Fares enjoy about the water. “The feeling of the cold and the escape from the mundane stresses of life” are what makes it enjoyable. John remembers his experience in the water at Lorne when he was 5 years old as a nipper. There is nothing better than the freedom and fun in the beach.

John Fares still makes time in his busy schedule to go for a swim twice a week on a regular basis. He really enjoys the company of the regular swimmers at the local pool.

John Fares is an accountant of some 20 years experience in industry. accounting and taxation. With a wide range of experience John Fares has been able to attract a large and loyal client base. From small and medium companies to non profit organisations, he and his team serve over 400 clients on a daily basis

John Fares was born and educated in Melbourne. With a Bachelor of Commerce for the University of Melbourne he has developed the knowledge and expertise across the accounting and finance fields to consult to businesses around the country.

On a personal note, John enjoys running, swimming and playing tennis. He enjoys travel overseas and interstate and his favourite season is summer when he is often seen running around the Botanical Gardens.

John Fares is a workaholic often rising at 5.oo am and working through to 7pm for five days a week. If that is not enough, he works on Saturday and Sunday for a few hours each day to keep up with his busy work schedule. He has a large support team of staff and contractors who are bookkeepers and accountants. The services that John Fares provides include payroll, accounting, taxation and consulting services. Should you be in need of help in these areas do not hesitate to contact him. Currently he is the manager of Accounts and Advice which is a broad based accounting and financial services firm located in the Melbourne Central Business District. 

John Fares has been a member of the Institute of Public Accountants for a number of years.
